One of the aspects of Network Marketing is the network. As you bring people into your business, your building a team of networkers who are helping you to grow your business, even though they are building their business.

You become a leader in your business and help others along the way to achieve what you have achieved. Always remember that in this type of business you don’t need to be a great salesperson to be successful.

No need to worry about not getting a big amount of people into your business. Thinking you need to know so many people, or wonder how you will ever meet others, to have enough friends to become successful. What the most important thing is to focus on getting the ones that are ready for a change and to be able to have a business of their own.

You will always be in the process of sharing and teaching others, so you want to make this a simple procedure, so that they will keep it simple and be able to teach others as you have taught them. The best goal in the first year is to get 20-30 people like you signed up.

The next step after that would be to get those 20-30 people to start building their team of 20-30 people and so on and so on. When the whole team works together in the learning, teaching and building process, everyone benefits in the end.

In your process you become a leader but then you need to be able to teach others to become leaders and then more members of your team are helping in the the process, the journey.Your not doing all the work alone, your creating others to do what you do.

There are so many different personalities out there in the business of network marketing but the key to success is to accept all traits. It’s about creating relationships of all different personalities, build that foundation, the product second and also remeber to do the ongoing training and personal growth.

Show your appreciation towards others and give encouragement and gratitude to those who deserve and are working hard towards their goals. Look for opportunities to help each individual or each group that is looking to move forward and work hard at their success to come.

You as the leader to your team could be the difference between them sticking with the journey long enough to be successful and achieving their dreams or dropping out too soon and failing. Help enough people get what they want and you will get what you want.

Lead by example, stay positive, Provide inspiration and vision for your team. Do yourself what you want your team to do. Don’t let the challenges discourage you. Build towards your dreams.
